BILLING
- When is my invoice due?
- Your invoice is due on the 20th day after the invoice is sent. For example, the invoice for November and December services is due November 20th.
- Late Fees?
- For the first cycle of billing (September – October 2024), Ware has decided not to assess late fees. Late fees will be assessed in the future after the due date.
- What am I being billed?
- Your invoice includes two months of service. We bill bi-monthly. Your service includes a 3-cart service (Trash, Recycling and Organics waste).
- How do I pay my invoice?

- We accept: Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Credit/Debit Card Payments

- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
- Are there any processing fees for using Credit Cards?
- Currently there are no processing fees. If in the future we change our acceptable payment methods, customers will be notified.
- Can I pay with an e-check?
- Unfortunately, currently, our system does not allow for e-checking payments or for Easy Pay enrollment with a checking account. We are actively looking to better our payment processing system, we will look into this option for the future.
- How do I enroll in Easy Pay?
- Fill out the Easy Pay form online, fill out and scan to mpinfo@waredisposal.com or Fax to 626-225-0675

- On the main page, click on “Are you a New User?” – Register Now
- You will need your account number, that can be found on your invoice on the right top corner. Example: 01 – 12345 – 5
- You will need an access code. The access code can be found on the bottom left corner of your invoice. Example: 0012345
- Register with your email address and set a password.
- After that you will be prompted to log in by going back to our main page and inputting your email and password.
SERVICE
- What is included in my service?
- You are provided a 3-cart service which includes Trash, Recycling and Organics.
- What is my service day?
- Your service day remained the same. If the previous service provider serviced you on Monday’s, your collection day remained the same.
- What are the holidays observed?
- New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
- Holidays that land on a weekday will delay your service day by one day after the holiday. Example, if the holiday is on Monday, all service days after the holiday will be delayed by one day.
- How do I get serviced?
- Place your carts out for service the night before or by 7 am the day of your collection. To ensure that your cart is serviced, please make sure the carts are accessible and not blocked by vehicles or objects.
- How do I schedule bulk items?
- Bulk items are picked up on your day of service. To ensure that your order is placed, please call us at least 72 hours before your service day. Please have a list of the items you need removed ready when contacting us. You can request service via:

- Items must be placed curbside in front of your property.
- Please do not place items out for removal, until you have received confirmation from Ware, and a date for removal.

- What items are collected as bulky items?
- Bulk items are large items that cannot fit in your trash containers. These items include: Furniture: Mattresses, Couches, Dressers, Chairs, Tables, Night stands, etc.
Appliances: Refrigerators, Microwaves, Stoves, A/C units, Washing machines, etc.
- Do we collect E-waste?
- Yes, you have 4 calls per year. We can collect TV’s, Computers, Electronics, DVD players, etc.
- How do I report a missed collection?

- What can I recycle?
- Commonly accepted materials include: Paper, Cardboard, Plastic, Metals and Glass.
- Paper: Junk Mail, Magazines, Newspapers, Clean paper goods
- Cardboard: Cardboard boxes, Milk Cartons, Poster board, File folders
- Plastic: Plastics #1,2,5, Soda/Water bottles, Milk jugs,
- Metals: Aluminum cans, Food Cans, Scrap metal
- Glass: Bottles (clear, green and brown), Jars, Colorful glasses
- What goes in the Organics Cart?
- Food waste: Food scraps, food soiled paper
- Green Waste: Yard waste, Grass, Leaves, Tree branches
