Jay Ware is the General Manager, and son of the founders of Ware Disposal, a woman-owned business. Since 1968, we have been committed to delivering top-tier, efficient refuse and recycling services to businesses and households across Southern California. As a true zero-waste company, we manage all aspects of solid waste and recycling—from pre-cycling to processing and marketing valuable materials such as food waste, organics, recyclables, and construction debris.
Ranked among the Top 50 in our industry, our success stems from our focus on the triple bottom line: people, planet, and profit. A prime example is our early adoption of clean fuel natural gas across nearly our entire fleet of 75 vehicles, setting us ahead of the industry.
We take pride in our diverse workforce, which mirrors the communities we serve, with a majority of employees from minority backgrounds. Additionally, our re-entry program offers opportunities for formerly incarcerated workers.
